Get out of your own way.

Too often you over think things and end up doing nothing because you have got yourself into such a state of confusion.

To allow your guidance to come through you have to stop over analysis, over thinking, and just allow everything to come forth. Allow the guidance to be recognized.

You cannot follow both the guidance and your logical mind. Logic is based solely on the material world and on man’s perspective.

If you can get out of your way and allow the guidance to come through you will be less likely to struggle, less likely to get yourself into pickles. We are not saying it will all be easy, we are not saying it will be a ‘walk in the park’, for there may be goals you are working towards, and we see a different way, a more effective way.

Take, for example, Robyn’s journey. She is our writer, she tells the stories we give her (when she can get out of the way!). She assumed that having won a major literary award, and been signed by an agent that it would be a simply procedure of: agent submits manuscript, publisher says yes, contract signed, book published. She never imagined for a minute that an international competition would arise in which she would have to market herself, and work long hours connecting with as many people as possible. Not one to simple beg for votes, she wanted to connect with people, to ask them to look at her work and to vote if they saw merit in her work. The journey that Robyn is on is not one she would have imagined! But she knows it is here for a good reason and she is doing all that she can to win this competition.

Be open to what you ask for, even though it may come in a different wrapping, and demand of you things you never thought you could gift. Robyn did not imagine she would have to go out and market herself, but the gifts that she has gained: living as the author instead of waiting until she is published to live that way; hearing readers affirm that there is a demand for her books; receiving inspiring and excited feedback about her chapters; receiving the support of many people who she had never met before but who are willing to support her.

The wrapping may be different. The journey may be different. But if it is something you have asked for embrace it for your guidance know everything that you will learn on the journey and that is why the journey is offered to you.

Allow your guidance to prompt you in the directions you need, the directions your Soul is calling for. Pay attention. Listen with your heart. You cannot predict what will happen, you cannot predict the path, just trust that your guidance know what they are doing.

When something arises in your life, be it an opportunity or a challenge, ask ‘Why?’, and then quietly sit and allow the guidance to come through and gift you the understanding that you need. Never think small either. For example: who is to say that we did not organize the entire Next Top Spiritual Author competition just to get Robyn published? You see what we mean, think big, have big faith. Don’t think small and insignificant. You are mighty, you are all mighty!

Get out of your own way! Allow the magnificence of your life to unfold.
