Get Your Ex Back in Record Time By Using a Powerful Psychological Trick That Works Freakishly Well!
Written by Jeff Thomas
Ending a relationship with someone is tough to say the least and is without a doubt among the hardest ordeals you can go through. If you are currently in a midst of a break up, you are probably dealing with every emotion related to ending a relationship: sadness, frustration, discouragement and anger. Reconciling with your ex will require serious preparation and planning, but this shouldn't be something you need to feel anxious about if you know exactly what to do.
The question is how do you go about finding a plan that will help you to not only reconcile with your ex but stay together in the long run? Most people who want to get back together with their partner don’t succeed because they don’t understand the changes in the relationship dynamics in the relationship and how they should be handled. Instead they rely on trial and error to get their relationship back on track. This will not happen to you. This article will outline a powerful strategy that will form a strong foundation to giving your relationship a fresh start.
The very first thing you need to do immediately after a break up is to simply stop communicating with your ex for a while. This strategy may seem counter-intuitive and go against your instincts, but it works.
You need to understand that most people fail to get their ex back because they let their emotions get the best of them and have a classic knee-jerk reaction to a break up: constantly calling their ex, e-mailing, text-messaging, leaving messages on their answering machine, sending gifts, etc. Please don't do this. This is important for couple of reasons.
How your ex perceives you after you break up will affect whether you eventually get back together. He or she needs to perceive you as an independent and mature individual rather than someone who is needy and desperate.
Secondly, you also need to give you ex time to be by themselves in order to decompress and clear their head after the relationship ends. If you resume contact immediately, he or she will not be in an adequate emotional state to discuss the possibility of getting back with you.
Lastly, minimizing contact with your ex will also give you enough time to recover from the emotional scars of the break up, regroup and start thinking logically about how to reconcile with your ex. Applying this strategy correctly will pay off in a big way once you start re-establishing contact with your ex.

Dr. Venus Nicolino: You Have To Make Yourself Available To Find Good Relationships
The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. After all, Juliet would have plunged a premature dagger into the heart of her romance with Romeo if she hid in her room rather than go out on her balcony. The end of Sleepless in Seattle shifts from "awww" to "aw, no" if one of the two main characters skips the trip to the Empire State Building. As these examples from fiction show, making yourself
