Whole bean flour - 1/3 cup
Cornstarch - 1/3 cup
Sorghum flour - 1 1/3 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 /4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins - 1 cup
Applesauce - 1 1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Egg whites - about 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, grease the baking pan or loaf pan lightly. Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients and use a whisk to blend thoroughly. Afterward, combine all the liquid ingredients, using a separate bowl. When blended well, combine the dry and liquid mixture and mix well to remove lumps. Pureed pumpkin (canned) - 2 cups
