“Coffee Applied Topically Has Many Healing Qualities”
True Story - There was a 105 year old woman who had skin cancer on her face and the doctors decided give her topical chemotherapy and she ended up with terrible inflammation and huge wound. But her daughter remembered her mother using coffee topically to heal skin wounds. So she soaked a gauze bandage in coffee and applied it to her mothers face for two days. And low and behold the wound healed and she looked great.
A study done at Seoul National University with rats showed that coffee reduced inflammation just about as well as aspirin, thus coffee does contain powerful anti-inflammatory healing agents. The University of Tennessee found that adding caffeine to anti-inflammatory creams significantly increased their effectiveness in reducing pain, swelling, and redness. Because coffee in general contains lots of antioxidants that help with inflammation. And green coffee contains even more antioxidants and works great in skin scrubs and rejuvenating creams.
At the University of San Paulo it was found that when people used creams containing caffeine their cellulite reduced by 17 percent. And another study done in South American showed that using caffeinated creams reduced the circumference of their hips by just about 70%. — Amazing!
Studies also show that caffeinated creams work well for getting rid of under eye dark circles. A study done with green coffee oils added to facial creams showed a great improvement in wrinkles, redness, and even blemishes. And the University of New Jersey found that caffeine added to skin creams could prevent skin cancer.
Mice treated with caffeinated creams developed skin cancer up to 72% less than those not treated. Another study showed that using extracts of both green coffee beans and leaves helped to prevent skin cancer. Plus a study at Padjajaran University in Indonesia showed that powdered green coffee applied over skin grafts prevents infections.
Try using coffee topically for great looking skin.
