• 1 or 1.5 inches of ginger (peel off)
• 1 pcs cucumber medium size.
• 3 / 4 celery stalks
• 1 cup of spinach
• 1 cup of lettuce (2 large leaves)
• 4 to 6 pcs of Mint / Basil leaves
• 1/2 lemons (peel off)
• 1.5 cups of fresh coconut water
To make the change its flavor and tests structure you can add any of 2 fruits to it.

Procedures for Making:
Wash all ingredients in running water. Peel off lemon and Ginger. Chop all veggies into 1-2 inch cube or pieces. Leaves chopped in small size or cut as per that will put through run in your Juicer or Blender.
