Written by Jitesh Arora
Groin liposuction is a procedure which is performed to remove the fat from the deposits beneath the skin of the inner thigh. Liposuction is performed on various parts of the body. Area of inner thigh is one of the most popular areas on which liposuction is performed worldwide. Like all other surgery procedures this surgery does not leaves visible post operative scars.
The procedure of the surgery is very simple. The surgery is performed with the help of a cannula attached to a surgical vacuum. The first step of the surgery is to make at least three incisions around the desired area. The size of the incision is from three to five millimeters. Through these incisions cannula is inserted beneath the skin and moved in to and fro direction to loosen the unwanted fat under the skin. The loosened fat is suctioned with the help of a surgical vacuum.
If you are planning to go under liposuction procedure then you should find all the possible information about risks, procedure, techniques and complications of the surgery. If you are a middle aged person with stable weight without history of any diseases like diabetes, respiratory disorders and cardiac disorders then you are right candidate for liposuction. People who are having history of any type of serious illness should not opt for liposuction surgery.
The post surgical scars are practically not visible because they can be hidden under swimsuit or an underwear. Most of the people complain temporary sensation loss which can be minimized with the help of massage on the post surgical area.
