Your Spiritual Garden was conceived as a means to assist people who are searching for additional guidance and support in these most challenging times. My blog will include additional links for spiritual growth, self development and well as other timely subjects. While there are as many “answers” as there are questions, unanswered questions still abound. Celebrate God as the one and ONLY God in Spirit no matter which name you choose to call him or her.
Sometimes, what you need is validation of what you are experiencing every day. Some of the energy entering the planet can make you feel like you are losing your grip on reality. These can include anxiety attacks, seeing things (that are very real, just not explainable), tiredness and hyper energy bouts. Just a few of the ongoing symptoms. In addition, as the veil between the dimensions thins, what you see will appear different.

Pay attention to what your body requires. If you are tired, rest, restless find a physical outlet for that energy, hungry- EAT! Be aware that there are times you may not know WHAT you want, just know that you don’t have it right now. That is alright as well. Quiet yourself and ask yourself what this is really about- then wait for the answer.

The earth (mother earth or Gaia) is also going through changes, adapting as well as possible but also correcting many of the imbalances that have been heaped upon her for years. We are in that period of extreme flux right now. There will be earthquakes, volcano eruptions and extreme weather around the planet.

No need to FEAR- I am definitely not trying to make anyone afraid. We all have protection but we are responsible for requesting assistance as needed (and within your believe system). However, please let me add that YOUR believe or disbelieve does not make something untrue (or true). Keeping an open mind will make the miracles in your life grow and blossom.
There will be challenges on the personal, community and national level. All can be handled with grace and ease if you let go of the natural reflex of fear. All things are moving as well as they can. Please do your best to move along with it! Change is the only constant. Flexibility helps you deal with the changes as they unveil.

Should you need additional information or have loads of other questions feel free to contact me. I (or someone else) will be blissfully happy to assist you!
Wishing you and yours the best to come!
