Every system and organ in your body has 3 different levels of health: an Optimum level, a Symptom level, and a Death level. So let’s use your heart as an example. And let’s say that over the years you smoke and do other things that cause heavy free radical damage. You do this till the point where your heart begins to dip below the symptoms level and you start experiences symptoms and problems with your heart. A friend of yours suggests a great antioxidant supplement. And since that deals with the free radical damage your heart condition rises above the symptoms level and your problems disappear. You say, “Wow, this is fantastic. If you have any heart problems then you’ve gotta try this.” So you tell your friend who also has that heart problem that you had to buy it. And she does, the only difference is that your friends health problem was caused by a high stress work environment. Your friend also happens to love olive oil and red wine, which fight off free radical damage. Well your friend takes the supplement, and they experience No health benefits whatsoever. (Of course they did it’s just that it didn’t move any of her organs or bodily systems above the symptoms level and so nothing was felt.) They say you’re crazy and that the supplement is a hoax. Later on your friend goes into bypass surgery which fixes her problem and goes around telling everyone that they’ve found the real cure.nn What Does This Mean? Well it means that trying to gulp down miracle herbs or supplements to treat a certain problem is like trying to throw dart in the wind while blind folded. Not only that but you can waste A LOT of money. You see, the secret to good health and the key that all the successful healer use, is that they look to raise every system in the body to the Optimum level. And if you do this, you will gain complete health, and if you have a disease (even cancer or diabetes) you will eliminate that disease. This then must be the goal of every person who is trying to gain health and reach their optimum levels of health.n
