Sleep is very important in keeping your mood balanced. You should not do anything in your bed other than sleep and have sex. Do not lay in your bed and watch tv or anything else if you suffer from mental health issues this can greatly affect your sleeping schedule. It can cause you to have severe insomnia which will negatively affect your mood. Your brain needs to associate your bed with only sleep.
