Prepare fresh juice of carrot and avocado. Avocado is a rich source of Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5. Carrot is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5 and folic acid. This juice nourishes the nerve by providing it all the necessary nutrients. Drink this juice at least once a day.

Almond has Vitamin B, Vitamin E and antioxidants in large quantity. It also provides trigeminal nerve with nutrients in right balance. It helps nervous systems and ensures synthesis of hormones and enzymes for proper functioning of neural system. Almond milk should be taken daily as it is highly useful home remedy for trigeminal neuralgia.

Rosemary is also an important ingredient which boosts immune system and strengthens nerve tissues. It allows one’s body to heal rapidly and effectively. It is also a good pain reliever.

Make a mixture of one pinch of pepper and 1 tsp of olive oil. This mixture has anti- inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This mixture consists of olive oil which has rich amount of Vitamin E.
