With an advantage of proximity to some of the major employment hubs of Bangalore, Kadugudi has emerged as the potential real estate market. Located in eastern part of the city, this micro market has been witnessing a heap of developments when it comes to social and infrastructure, as well. Also, the locality has proximity to the major IT Hub, Whitefield. Some of the major factors that fuel the housing demand of this region include improved connectivity, affordability and upcoming infrastructure developments. Over the past few years, East Bangalore has seen rapid developments in terms of commercial, retail and manufacturing centers. Eventually, these developments have played a pivotal role in booming the property market of several areas in East Bangalore. Kadugudi is one of the localities which have flourished in realty market owing these developments. With the demand for apartments in Kadugudi has been increasing in recent years, several reputed builders have launched many residential projects in this region. Also, prices of residential properties are quite reasonable compared to apartments in Whitfield and Marathahalli. Thus, many working professionals who look out for affordable properties close to their work places prefer this region. The locality offers a plethora of housing options for affordable and mid-segment property buyers. Some of the ongoing projects in this region include MJR Pearl, Garuda Estilo Homes, Harsha Gateway and much more. With proximity to major IT hubs, the locality also witnesses a good rental demand from young working professionals, as the rental costs are affordable here. So, if you are planning to buy a property in Bangalore for investment purpose then investing here would fetch good rental returns for you. According to realty sources, prices of apartments here range betwee INR 3800 – INR 4000 per sqft. Proximity to Commercial Markets Some of the major employment hubs located close to this region include; • International Tech Park Bangalore – 3 km away • Whitefield – 3 km • Embassy Manyata Business Park – 22 km • Koramangala – 20 km Upcoming Infrastructure Projects The second phase of Namma Metro will link Whitefield to International Technology Park via Byappanahalli. In this metro stretch, Kadugudi will be the third metro station along this stretch. Once this metro link becomes operational, the connectivity of this region is likely to be enhanced further in near future. Also, the development of the Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) is also in the pipeline. A signal-free corridor is also proposed from Old Madras Road (OMR).

Sometimes, it’s not what you see, but what you feel. Ever notice how some buildings just feel solid? No creeping unease. No instinct telling you to check for the nearest exit. Just a quiet, unshakable sense that you’re in a place built to protect. That feeling isn’t random. It’s the result of smart choices—ones made long before anyone steps inside.
