Having created so many job oppurtunities, Hi-Tech creates constant demand for residential development. The constantly incoming population look around the vicinity to make their new residences. While the majority of people still prefer renting a property for their first dwelling, they prefer to wait it out and then find an apt place that will suit their and their families needs. The most popular style of housing being apartments , this micro-market has used up every bit of the free space to developments and construction. But a couple of builders have come up with luxury villas in Hi-Tech city . Though these are prices exorbidantly the demand for luxury and lifestyle in Hyderabad never seems to be dying out. Capitalising on these demands, the constant development of this micro-market will surely prove to be a huge positive for people considering an investment in this locality.
