High blood pressure increases the risk of heart failure

High blood pressure is a disease which is also known as hypertension. It is a disease that directly effect on the heart. This diseases affect and increases the load on the functioning and working of the heart and arteries. It is considered to be normal if it is below 120 and if it is over 140 it is considered to be high most of the time. The people suffering from High blood pressure, in them the risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney diseases, liver diseases and heart failure increases. The risk of this diseases increases in people who are African American, obese, stresses and anxious, eat too much of salt in their diet, family history of high blood pressure, smoke and patient of diabetes.
Symptoms of High blood pressurer
As per the doctors and health care professionals there are no specific symptoms. But there are some symptoms that may occur are Ear noise or buzzing, Headache, Nosebleed, Confusion, Fatigue, Irregular heartbeat and Vision changes. If you have severe headache or you suffer from above mentioned symptoms, you should immediately consult your doctor or health care professional as it may lead to dangerously high blood pressure known as malignant hypertension.
To check your High blood pressure you need to get some test done. These tests may include Echocardiogram, Urinalysis, Blood tests, Electrocardiogram and Ultrasound of the kidneys.
Preventionr
It has been very true said by some one that "prevention is better than cure". There are few steps that may prevent you from this diseases. These steps are :-
1) You should follow a healthy eating plan that may include eating of sodium or salt in right amount.
2) If you are consuming alcohol the risk of this disease may increase, reduce the amount of consumption alcohol.
3) If you are overweight, lose your weight to avoid this disease.
4) Do as many physical activity as you can.
5) Leave or quit smoking.
6) You should know how to manage or cope up with stress.

High blood pressure is very common disease find in the people now a days. Various medicines are available for the treatment of HBP. Norvasc is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of High Blood Pressure. It is the best and most recommended medicine by the doctor or health care professional. Use this medicine very carefully. If you are allergic to Norvasc or to its ingredients you should not take or use this medication. Drinking of alcohol should be avoided if you are taking treatment ith this medication. Use of this medication in pregnant and breast feeding mother should be avoided.
As it is a prescription medicine, it should be taken as prescribed by the doctor or health care professional. Norvasc comes in the form of tablets. It is important ti note that you should take this medicine with a full glass of water. Do not increase or decrease the dose of the medicine without consulting your doctor. Store this medicine in a dry place away from light, heat and moisture. Keep this medicine away from children and pet.
