Holiday Inn is a four star business hotel, located on 3 acres.

Vascon has tied up with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to manage the property. RS. 150 crore project, the Holiday Inn Pune be a 250-room hotel. Phase I of the project includes 175 rooms, while 75 other rooms were built in Phase II. The hotel has state of the art facilities such as gyms meeting, business center, 24 hour restaurants, swimming pool, multi-cuisine / theme restaurants, lounge bar, etc.

The first phase was completed and launched in October 2008. Vascon entered the hotel sector with the completion of this. Another challenge by the vascon engineers of the Hyatt Regency with about 250 rooms and 75 service apartments on the Nagar road again with courage heralded as one of the best builders of Pune. Other than that, they tied with Royal Orchid to manage 105 rooms and 80 apartments in Kalyani Nagar service.

Vascons acquired large pieces of land to build a large number of service apartments and commercial complexes. Pune real estate is indebted in many ways by the exquisite architecture of Vascons. Vascons has been active in the service host to have two boutique hotels in Goa operational. Holiday Inn Pune, will not only be an elegant - but meets the growing companies in western Pune. The Venture is being jointly promoted by Vascon, Pristine and Jasper Developers.
