Some of you know that I have suffered from depression at times in my life, and December is a great month for me to
either go into that depression and view my life as what could of been, or to view it as what it can be!

I thought I would share with you my daily routine that I practice to stay out of depression and get into loving
both myself and others. It starts with me, I need to be loving with myself so I can be loving towards others.

I invite you to join me in a sort of experiment, just to see if it makes a difference in your life this December!
Lets see if we can get a group of people here moving some energy and turning the blues into joy and laughter!

During the month of December: I am willing to get up 20 minutes earlier each morning and practice loving myself

I am willing to practice for 5 minutes each morning a detailed gratitude.
I am willing to practice for 5 minutes each morning running through what I am grateful for in my life.
I am willing to take 5 minutes to think about how I can reach out to another in love.
I am willing to practice laughing for 5 minutes.
I am willing to include some fresh fruit, in my breakfast each morning.

At the end of each day in December: I am willing to journal including:

5 things I did that day that I feel good about(only 1 can be about doing my morning routine).
5 things that I noticed in others today that was good, made me smile or feel good.
5 things that I am willing to forgive myself for over the past year.
