1. One of the simplest home remedies for acne free skin is drinking lots of water, soups and natural fruit juices. This will keep your body hydrated and try to avoid consumption of caffeine rich drinks such as tea and coffee.
2. Vinegar is also one of the effective home remedies for acne free skin. Take some vinegar and dilute it with water. Now apply this solution to your affected area and then wash it off.
3. Consume orange or dark green vegetables like the carrots and broccoli. These vegetables are known to contain beta-carotene which is very helpful in maintaining soft, smooth and disease-free skin. Try to consume them raw or lightly cooked in order to retain their fiber and nutrients.
4. Using mint leaves or tea tree oil is also very effective in treating acne. Both of them are known to have antiseptic properties. All you need to do is take some tea tree oil or crushed mint leaves and then apply on affected area. This will dry out the area and eradicate bacteria.
5. Aloe Vera gel is very helpful in treating acne problems. It is known to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and restorative properties. When aloe vera gel is mixed with essential oils and applied to the affected area, it rejuvenates and moisturizes the skin as well as heals the acne.
6. Take fifty grams of blackberry leaves and boil it in one and half liters of water for three minutes. Now apply his solution to the affected area. It will soothe the skin and give relief from itching.
7. Better not to use soap on the affected area as it can make your acne worst. It is better to wash with fresh water three times a day. Remember while you are using your towel do not try to rub the affected area. Just gently dab the area with your towel.
8. Grape fruit juice is very effective in treating acne. All you need to do is drink grape fruit juice on daily basis to eliminate acne and promote healthy skin.
9. Consume lots of fiber such as cereals, bran, vegetables and fruits rich in fiber.
10. Redness caused by inflammation can be reduced by using the mixture of lettuce juice, carrot juice and cucumber juice. All you need to do is apply this mixture on your face and then wait for ten minutes. Later wash with normal tap water.
