1. One of the most effective home remedies for cellulite is the use of apple cider vinegar. All you need to do is take a glass of water and then add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it. Now add little honey to make it sweet and drink. Make this a daily habit to drink every morning.
2. Take some fennel oil and rosemary oil and mix them together. Now rub this mixture on your cellulite affected region on daily basis to get better results. This is one of the most effective home remedies for cellulite.
3. Another effective home remedy is to drink lots of water on daily basis. This will keep your body hydrated and will help in flushing out the harmful toxins and fat. An average male should drink three liters of water every day and an average female should drink two liters of water every day.
4. Coconut oil can also be very helpful in treating cellulite problem. All you need to do is take some coconut oil and use it to massage on the cellulite affected region of the body.
5. Avoid consumption of alcohol, tobacco, soft drinks and coffee.
6. Fill your bath tub with warm water and then add two cups of sea salt in it. Now soak your body in this water for the next twenty minutes. This will be very helpful in treating cellulite problem.
7. Consume chlorophyll rich foods, green tea, cranberry juice and onions. This will help in preventing accumulation of fats in your body.
8. It is best to do yoga and deep breathing exercises on daily basis to stay healthy and fit. These exercises will help in curing your cellulite problem and will help in controlling your body weight.
9. Take some coffee powder and mix it with herbal body lotion. Now apply this mixture on the affected region of your body and wait for it to dry. Later you can wash with fresh water.
10. Avoid consuming excess salt in your diet as it can result into increase of water level in your body.
11. Whenever you are taking a bath, use skin brusher to brush your skin as it will help in reducing cellulite by increasing blood circulation.
12. You can even try using skin creams which contain caffeine. Such skin creams can prove to be very beneficial in shrinking cellulite.
