Home Remedies For Dull Skin That Are Simple To Use and Safe

Skin appears to be dull in those areas where the circulation of blood is inadequate or slow. There are many factors responsible for dull skin such as pollution, commercial skin care products, unhealthy lifestyle, poor nutrition, stress and certain medications. Nicotine can also cause dullness and dryness of the skin.
Home Remedies
There are several home remedies for dull skin which are simple to follow and easy to use. Some of the effective home remedies for dull skin are:
1. One of the simplest home remedies for dull skin is to keep your body hydrated. Dehydration can cause skin to appear dull. Drink eight to ten glasses of water on daily basis. Avoid alcohol as it can cause dehydration and cause your body to lose essential minerals.
2. Spearmint leaves are considered to be one of the effective home remedies for dull skin. Make a paste out of spearmint leaves and water and then apply it on your face two times daily.
3. Cucumber juice is also very helpful in treating skin dullness. All you need to do is apply cucumber juice on your affected skin before going to bed. Make this a daily routine for good results.
4. Oatmeal can also be used to treat skin dullness. Take some oatmeal and mix it with little water and then rub it on your face in small and circular motions. Later wash your face with water. It will calm your skin and give soothing effect.
5. Egg yolk can also be very beneficial in treating dull skin. Separate yolk from the egg and apply it on your face as a facemask and later wash it with water. This will deeply moisturize your skin and help to revitalize your skin too.
6. Mix papaya and peeled kiwi and make them into a thick paste. Now apply this paste on the dull skin area and leave it there for next fifteen to twenty minutes. Later wash with cold water.
7. In order to get rid of dead skin cells try using dehydrated and dried papaya as a body brush or a natural loofah on regular basis.
8. Take some almonds and soak them in water for whole night. Next day peel these almonds and blend them with some milk to form a paste. Before going to bed apply this paste on your face and leave it there for ove

9. Avocado can be very helpful in supplying moisture to the skin. It is known to have potassium which is very helpful in reducing the signs of aging and sun damage. Take some avocado and mash them. Add enough honey to make it into a creamy solution. Now apply this paste on your affected skin and wait for five to ten minutes. Later rinse with cool water.
