Giddiness is a condition in which a person feels abnormal dizziness and makes him feel like the world around him is spinning. 2. Take a bowl and add lots of strawberries with yoghurt, milk and almonds in it. Consuming this mixture is an effective way to treat giddiness.
3. Soak one teaspoon of poppy seeds, two tablespoons of wheat grain, eight water melon seeds and eight almonds. Make a paste out of them. Now heat one teaspoon of ghee and fry two cloves in it and then mix with the paste. Put this paste in the milk and drink it on daily basis for next one week.
4. Soak one teaspoon of coriander seeds and one teaspoon of gooseberry power and leave it for the whole night. Strain this mixture and then add half teaspoon of sugar in it. Now you can drink this mixture.
5. Ginkgo biloba is considered to be one of the best home remedies for giddiness. Consuming this herb on regular basis will boost the circulation of the blood to the brain and will subside the symptoms of vertigo.
6. Consuming ginger during attacks helps in giving relief from the symptoms immediately. This is one of the most efficient home remedies for giddiness.
7. You can even try consuming the mixture of lemon juice, black pepper and salt with water. This will give you relief from the symptoms of giddiness.
8. Avoid alcohol and caffeine and eat food sources rich in protein. Consume low sodium diet and do not smoke.
9. Keep your body hydrated by drinking eight glasses of water every day.
10. Medication and deep breathing exercises are very helpful in treating giddiness. This will improve the flow of the blood to the brain and will prevent giddiness from happening in the future.
