However, the home remedies for hair fall was always there to help us, and today also these homemade remedies are ready to serve us in every possible ways, but like any other treatments these home remedies for hair fall also work if the person is determined to solve his hair problem.
There are many companies in the market that claims to solve your problem very quickly, but the products of such companies are filled with harmful chemicals. In addition, such products are only effective for a certain time period, for instance anti-dandruff shampoos are effective for a day only. However, there are some genuine companies that may help to provide an effective solution, but such companies are never glamorously advertised and their products also show results in a slow but steady way. But, today we want an instant solution so we get attracted to the products that are highly advertised, and chemical filled. Moreover, the home remedies for hair fall will not only help to reduce the falling of hairs, but it will also repair the hairs so that they may look more beautiful than they ever looked.
There are many reasons for excessive falling of hairs. Firstly, unhealthy diet is one of the prime reasons for hair fall these days. Moreover, unhealthy diet means a diet that does not complete the nutritional needs of body. In addition, the trend of eating junk food is very harmful for body in many ways, especially it damages the hairs. However, the home remedies for hair fall will complete the nutritional needs of hairs. Secondly, genes are also responsible for occurrence of these problems, because when this problem exists in the parents, the child becomes more prone towards hair loss. Thirdly, stress is considered to be the slow poison for our body, because it damages the body without letting us to know about the damage it is causing. Others include certain medications and any underlying disease. The few effective home remedies for hair fall are mentioned ahead to prevent a person from excessive hair loss.
1. Take white of an egg, and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in it. Apply this mixture on your scalp, and let it stand for 30 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly.
2. Massage you head with warm olive oil for 20 minutes. Five minutes after massaging, rinse your hair with mild shampoo.
3. Boil fresh neem leaves in water for an hour. Strain the water and let it cool. Wash hair with this concoction.
4. Boil curry leaves with coconut oil until leaves turn black. Strain the oil, and store in a bottle when it is cool. Regularly massage your hair with this oil.
5. Take equal amounts of lemon juice and amla juice. Mix them together. Apply this mixture on the scalp. This remedy will also keep the dandruff in check.
