Most of us will celebrate if something could cast a hair growth spell on our slow growing hairs, and believe it or not you are the only one who can make your hairs to grow fast with the help of few effective home remedies for hair growth. In addition, while growing our hairs has to pass through three processes. Firstly, anagen is the process in which our hair grows from the root. Secondly, catagen is the time of transition while our hair is growing. Thirdly, telogen process is the resting time of our fully grown hairs. Moreover, while our hairs are passing through anagen process the speed of growth is about 1 cm in every 28 hours, and home remedies will stimulate the anagen process so that the hairs could grow much faster.

An average head contains nearly 100,000 hairs, and 90 percent of these hairs are actively growing at any one time. In addition, there are many factors that affect the growth of our hairs. Firstly, diet is a very important factor for proper hair growth. Moreover, when our diet is poor our body will lack the essential nutrients for proper growth of hairs, and home remedies for hair growth will complete the need of essential nutrients that may help in the fast growth of hairs. Secondly, the state of physical and mental health is a factor that can adversely affect growth of our hairs. Thirdly, there are many medications that can make our hairs to grow slower. In addition, few medicines may lead to hair fall, for instance NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

The home remedies will prevent hairs from any diverse effect of the medicines. Fourthly, the most important factor that effects the growth of hair is hormones especially, when DHT (dihydrotestosterone) accumulates within the follicle causes hair loss. Others include environmental influence and stressful lifestyle.

There are many home remedies for hair growth which may stimulate the growth, but few of these remedies are very effective. Moreover, the home remedies for hair growth which have proven to be most effective in stimulating the growth of hairs are mentioned ahead.

1. Take 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 egg, and 1 trickle of olive oil, and mix them together. Massage your scalp with this mixture to complete the nutritional needs of hairs.

2. Mix minced onion in your shampoo, and let this mixture stand for 15 days. After standing period has passed, use this mixture regularly.

3. Before bedtime massage your head with grape seed oil. Regularly use of this remedy will enhance hair growth.

4. Scrape off the gel of 3 aloe vera leaves, and mix this gel with equal amount of honey. Apply this mixture on scalp, and let is stand for 20 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly.

5. After cooking potatoes, store the water in a vessel. After the water is cool, rinse your hair with it.

6. Mix together 1 tablespoon of soy lecithin, 1 tablespoon of wheat germ, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast, and one cup yogurt. Take this mixture as your breakfast.

7. Massage your head with coconut milk, and leave it for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly without applying shampoo.
