Large numbers of people have been affected by low blood pressure throughout the world. Abnormal lowering of the BP causes low blood pressure. There are certain factors which can cause low blood pressure such as heart failure, dehydration, medications, severe infection, fainting, pregnancy and heart attack. 1. One of the most effective remedies for low BP is the use of beetroot juice. All you need to do is consume a cup of beetroot juice twice daily.

2. Try to avoid habits which can cause low BP, such as stress, negative thinking, anxiety, needless worry and excesses of all kind. This is one of the most efficient remedies for low BP.

3. Yoga can also prove to be very helpful in managing low BP. Practice yoga on daily basis which will improve blood circulation in your body and will prevent low BP.

4. Take a bowl filled with water and then soak 32 small raisins in it for the whole night. Next morning one by one chew these raisins and drink the water. This will prove to be quite beneficial for treating low blood pressure.

5. Another effective home remedy is to consume salty food on daily basis or you can even try drinking water mixed with one teaspoon of salt.

6. Taking Epsom salt baths can also be very useful in treating low BP. All you need to do is fill your bathtub with warm water and then add one kg of Epsom salt in it. Now soak your body in this water for next ten to twenty minutes. This home remedy is more effective if you practice it just before going to bed.

7. Consuming food rich in vitami

B on daily basis can be very helpful in bringing the BP to the normal.

8. Almonds can also be very useful for this ailment. Just take some water and then soak seven almonds in it for the whole night. Next morning peel these almonds and make them into a fine paste. Take some lukewarm milk and mix this almond paste in it and drink. Regular usage of this home remedy will prove to be quite effective in treating low blood pressure.

9. Mint juice can also be very helpful in treating low blood pressure. Therefore daily consumption of mint juice is a good practice.

10. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it can cause dehydration and later result to low blood pressure. Drink plenty of water to increase the volume of blood and prevent dehydration in body.
