Low immunity is a condition in which the immune system of the body becomes weak. There are certain factors which can cause low immunity such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, nutrient deficiency, low stomach acidity, transplant surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, use of anti-rejection drugs and low white blood cell count. Some of the common symptoms of low immunity are cancer, chronic infections, frequent flu, frequent cold sores and swollen lymph glands.

1. Garlic is considered to be one of the most effective home remedies for low immunity. You can add it on your food or you can consume couple of raw garlic cloves on daily basis.

2. A healthy diet is very important for immune system of the body. Consume oatmeal, brown rice, nuts, yogurt, broccoli, milk and carrots on regular basis to build your immune system. This is one of the most efficient home remedies for immunity problem.

3. Red beet root juice is considered to be one of the most efficient home remedies for low immunity. All you have to do is take a glass filled with red beet root juice and then add one teaspoon of honey with few drops of lemon juice in it. Consuming this mixture on daily basis will prove to be very beneficial in treating immunity problem.

4. Put some peeled carrots, ginger, Indian gooseberry, beetroot and pinch of rock salt in a blender. Blend them all together to form a juice. Drinking this juice on daily basis will prove to very helpful in treating low immunity.

5. Vitamin C is very helpful in promoting the white blood cells production and boosting the immunity of body. Some of the common food sources rich in vitami
C are potatoes, Indian gooseberries, papaya, tomatoes, lemon and strawberries.

6. You should also add foods rich in zinc in your diet. Some of the common food sources which are rich in zinc are milk, pork, poultry, oysters, yogurt and fortified cereals.

7. Exercise on regular basis to make the immune system of your body strong. You can do aerobics or take morning walk for half an hour. You can even try doing yoga or deep breathing exercises.

8. Virgin coconut oil is also very beneficial for immune system of body. All you have to do is consume virgin coconut oil (three to four tablespoons) every day.

9. Green tea is quite popular in East Asia. It is very helpful in increasing the immunity of body. Just drink green tea on daily basis for better results.

10. Blueberries can be very beneficial for the immune system of body. They are very helpful in fighting cancer and heart diseases. Drinking blueberry juice every day will sure increase the immunity of your body.
