There might be many reasons for mood swings such as psychological or emotional disorder, anxiety, stress or due to approaching menopause. An extremely sudden change of mood in a person is defined as mood swing. There are several home remedies for mood swings which can prove to be very effective in controlling mood changes.
One of the simplest home remedies is to drink eight glasses of water daily. Exercise daily since it helps your brain to release chemicals such as dopamine and norepinephrine which help in regulating the mood of a person.

Consuming gingko leaf extract daily helps in improving memory and reduce mood swings in a person.
Chamomile, hops or passion flower tea can be very useful in soothing your nerves.
