Nausea is not an illness but basically a reaction caused by other illnesses. It is a symptom of other disorder. Inhaling the aroma of the orange and its peel is also a good option. It will help you relax. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as it will make your condition worse. Consume sports drink, toast, pasta, rice, fruit juices, ice chips and potatoes. Do not consume dairy products and processed foods.
