Home Remedies For Oliguria That Give Remarkable Results

A condition in which there is lesser than normal production of urine in the body is known as oliguria. There are basically three types of oligura; pre-renal, renal and post-renal. There are certain factors which can cause oliguria such as kidney inflammation, certain medications, infection, inadequate fluid intake, total urinary tract infection, fluid or blood loss and response of adrenal cortex to stress. Some of the common symptoms of oliguria are vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, high fever, rapid pulse, lightheadedness and decrease in urine output.
Oliguria Home Remedies
There are several remedies for oliguria which are simple to use and are safe to try at home without any risk of side effects. Some of the popular home remedies for oliguria which are being used since a very long time and have proved to be quite effective in many cases are:
1. One of the most effective remedies for oliguria is to drink lots of water and keep your body hydrated. This will prevent dehydration and will help in treating symptoms of oliguria.
2. Che Qian Zi plantain seeds are also very effective in treating oliguria. Take some chrysanthemum, gentian root and Che Qian Zi and boil them together in water. Consuming this mixture will give cooling effect to the body and will promote urine formation. It will also reduce prostate swelling and will make it easy to pass urine.
3. Take a copper vessel and fill it with water. Allow the water to stay in the vessel for the whole night. Next day you can drink this water. This is one of the most efficient home remedies for oliguria.
4. Take two cardamoms and grind then properly to form a powder. Now mix this cardamom powder in milk and drink. Make this a daily practice as it will help in increasing the flow of urine.
5. Exercise on regular basis and try to avoid fatty and salty foods. Consume nutritious food and eat balanced diet. Always urinate whenever there is an urge to urinate.
6. Anemarrhena roots or leaves can be very beneficial in treating oliguria. All you need to do is boil water with anemarrhena leaves or roots and make a tea. Now drink two cups of this tea every day for better results.
7. Take some buttermilk and mix some green coriander in it. Consume this mixture while you are having your meals. This natural home remedy will prove to be very effective in curing oliguria.
8. Take 250 grams of water and then add 25 grams of hairs of com head in it. Boil them together until only one third of its original content is left. Sieve the mixture and then drink. This home remedy will make the urine clear and will allow good flow of it. If you are experiencing pain in the kidney region then you should take this mixture twice in a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
9. Juniper berries and oats are very helpful in treating oliguria. They help in flushing toxins out of the body by stimulating pancreas and kidney.
