There are several home remedies for skin care which are simple to follow and easy to use. Some of the popular home remedies for skin care are:
1. One of the simplest home remedies for skin care is to take a good sleep every day. Every individual needs at least eight to ten hours of sleep every day. Skin is known to revive itself while you are sleeping.
2. Avocado is considered to be one of the effective home remedies for skin care. All you need to do is massage your skin with the oil of avocado seeds. This will make your skin soft and fresh. It is also beneficial to eat avocado fruit.
3. Take one cup of lemon juice and mix half cup of sugar in it. Before going to take bath scrub your whole body with this mixture. This will help in making your skin glow.
4. Take some flour of maize and mix it with some milk. Now apply this mixture to your body. Wait for few moments and then go take a bath. This will be very effective in moisturizing your skin.
5. Take one fourth cup of tomato juice and mix two teaspoons of yoghurt in it. Apply this mixture to your skin and wait for it to dry. Later wash with cool water. This is one of the most effective home remedies for skin care.
6. Just before going to bed make it a daily habit of massaging your face with olive oil or almond oil. This will make your skin fresh and make you feel younger.
7. Take some pineapple juice and carrot juice. Mix them well and then apply to your skin. Wait for ten to fifteen minutes and then rinse with water. This will revitalize your skin and help in protecting your skin from sun damage.
8. Take some raw carrots and make a paste out of them. Now apply this carrot paste on your face and leave it there for one hour. Later wash your face with water. This will make your skin glow.
9. Consume more fruits and vegetables as they are rich in vitami

10. Make it a daily habit of practicing meditation. This will help you to get relief from stress. Stress can cause wrinkles in a person.
11. Try to avoid smoking as much as you can. Smoking can cause damages to the skin as a result of which premature wrinkles are formed on your skin. Therefore it is beneficial if you quit smoking as soon as you can.
12. Orange juice is also very beneficial for skin care. All you need to do is apply orange juice on the skin to achieve soft and smooth skin.
