There are numerous remedies for solar lentigo which are being used since a very long time and are quite effective when used in a proper way. These natural home remedies are completely safe to use without any worry of side effects. Some of the popular home remedies for solar lentigo are:
1. One of the simplest remedies for solar lentigo is to use aloe vera gel. All you need to do is take some aloe vera gel and rub it on the affected area of your body. Repeat this process two times in a day for the next two months. This natural home remedy will be very helpful in treating this ailment.
2. Take some lemon juice and mix it with yogurt. Now apply this mixture on the sunbu
area.
3. Chick peas can also be very beneficial in treating solar lentigo. Just take one third cup of chick peas and then mash it with few drops of water. Apply this paste on the affected region of your skin and wait for it to dry. Later wash with cold water. Make it a daily habit of using this remedy every evening.
4. Take some baking soda and mix little water to it. Make them into a paste and then massage the scars. This is one of the most efficient home remedies for solar lentigo.
5. Bilberry herb is also equally effective in curing solar lentigo. Just take bilberry extract (140 mg) and rub it on the affected area. This home remedy is very helpful in slowing down ageing.
6. Castor oil is another effective natural home remedy which is very effective in reducing solar lentigo. All you have to do is massage the affected area with this oil either in morning or evening.
7. Take a big glass of water and then add two to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it. Drinking this mixture will bring glow to your skin and will heal solar lentigo.
8. Butter milk is known to have lactic acid which can be very helpful in reducing the spots. All you need to do is take a cotton ball and soak it in this butter milk. Now dab this cotton ball on the affected region of the body and wait for some time. Later wash with water.
9. Take horseradish root and grate it. Now mix this grated horseradish root with vinegar, lemon juice and few drops of rosemary oil. Apply this mixture on the affected area.
10. Try applying vegetable masks on the affected skin on regular basis. This will give you good results.
11. You can take 15 mg of zinc supplement on daily basis for the next one month. But remember not to consume more than 15 mg and consult your doctor before using any supplements.
