The weight loss is possible when a person is burning more calories than in-taking. No weight loss can be achieved when the burn and intake of the calories will be same. The use of oats, barley and pulses (moong and arhar) can be added to the diet which is helpful in the fat reduction. There are some routine herbs used like bitter gourd, amla and soye, which can be useful in the weight loss. They helps in removing excess fat from the body.

3. Use of fruits and vegetables
The use of high fibre can also help in proper digestion of the food. Also it fill the stomach and delays the food craving. 4. Honey
