How Can I Recover Lack Of Energy And Laziness?

There are many who complain of lack of energy and laziness, as it may not be their normal personality trait. It can even happen for just two to three days, when you feel lack of energy and laziness, and then you recover in a few days of rest. Sometimes, the condition is caused mainly due to the various types of stress as adrenal glands reacts severely to various stress triggers and it over extends to hold more blood as a reaction to the stress. The body can be exposed to many different types of stress which may or may not be considered to be stress.

The stages of stress which may cause lack of energy and laziness include the initial reaction, the resistance and the exhaustion stage. The body may first have severe biochemical responses against stress which happens with the interaction of brain and the process involves many different types of hormones. The adrenal glands work as to respond to a stressful situation and then the body goes through a temporary recovery phase which may last for a day or two. This is the time when the body may secrete less amount of cortisol and body is in the condition when it cannot secrete high amount of cortisol to react against stress. The person may feel stressed and have a feeling of tiredness. This can cause lack of energy and laziness. The person is overtaxed to the point which causes depletion of energy.

If a person is exposed to excess stress and suffers from hypoadrenia, he/she may further have continued stress phase after some time of severe stress and it is the time when the body rebuilds itself. The gland tries to increase in size to be able to handle stress inducing lack of energy and laziness. There are many people who may suffer from this type of stress for some months and sometimes, it last for years which can be more than 15 years. It is believed the person suffering from stress may not have any other problem except he/she regularly feels a lack of energy and laziness.

Although, there are many drugs provided by the popular system of medicine to control lack of energy and laziness but these harsh chemical based drugs may have severe impact on the functioning of body and nervous system, and it may affect the natural working process of nerves.
