WHAT IS CONFIDENCE?
The man was fired from his job, his wife left him, then he crashed a car in an accident. Sits on the sidelines and cries:
- God, why do I need all this? ..
A voice from heaven:
- Well, you know ... I do not love you. I do not like…
When we begin to believe that the world is turning away from us, then we increase the sacrifice in ourselves. Our attitude to the world is a consequence of our attitude to ourselves. An insecure person sees a threat in everything. A confident person sees opportunities.
Confidence is seeing yourself as a strong, free hunter, able to take what he needs. Confidence is a consequence of the assessments that we make to ourselves. Confidence is a feeling of your own strength, the realization that your happiness is in your hands .. Awareness is the key word. How do you get it?
FROM AWARENESS TO CONFIDENCE
To gain confidence, you need to gain strength, to gain strength, you need ... You can act in different ways. For example, going to the gym for extra pounds of muscle, many do. But here's what's surprising. There are little and naughty people, while extremely self-confident. What helps them realize their strength? Or what helps a veteran who lost his leg in the war to realize his strength? Understanding that physical strength, like any other, is only a consequence of the strength of the spirit.
The strength of the spirit is also the strength of will. When a person sees in himself the source of will, he begins to understand that he has an instrument of influence on the outside world. Self-awareness is awareness of oneself as a source of "I", a source of will. If you understand that you have a personal will, then you become a self-confident person, since a person can lose will only with life. No one is ever capable of depriving you of your will and self-awareness. Only death.
However, in order to realize yourself as a source of will (which is the highest form of power in your subjective reality), you need to direct your train of thought in the right direction. Awareness is based on disciplined thinking. Disciplined thinking is a skill developed with training.
ALGORITHMS FOR DISCIPLINED THINKING
Self-confidence is a feeling, it is a special emotional state. The state of the emotional sphere depends on what assessments we give to what is happening. Our assessments are our thoughts. Thus, our emotions depend on our thoughts. To evoke this or that emotion, you need to focus on this or that thought.
This is why it is so important to have an understanding of mental hygiene. You can't allow yourself to think about anything, whenever you want. You need to be aware of which thoughts help you achieve your goals, and which are unnecessary.
There are thoughts that take away our confidence. There are thoughts that help to find it. The trouble with an insecure person is that he is fixated on the former and has lost sight of the latter. And all because his thoughts, like a disobedient herd - scattered in all directions ... And to collect them, you will need the algorithms of disciplined thinking, formulated by psycho regulation - the third step of the "Hunter" method.
