Written by Terry Korton
rnIt is a very difficult job to detect condo leaks but expert technicians can locate the weak points and fill the voids. An average construction company may take hours to detect the leak and it could suggest destructing a major portion of the wall or re-construct the balconies to plug the leak. Smart technicians, with the help of latest construction technology, can do this task without doing much damage to the wall. They can replace worn-out or damaged windows and renovate the balconies without breaking much part of the building. If is found that single glass door is the most chronic source of water intrusion in the condos.
rnIf a property manager fears condo leaks at his residential complex then the manager need to engage an expert like Construction Solutions, Inc. to detect the leaks. The expert by performing a comprehensive evaluation of the edifice would track the leaking joints and also gauge the severity of the problem. In addition to locating the leak, the experts would also give a viable solution. If the manager is convinced with their findings then he should allow them to replace the broken windows, mend the guardrails and change the glass doors. The experts will complete the job in no time and make the residential complex leak proof forever.
Condo leaks may not be a serious problem but if not repaired earliest, it can cause much damage to any building. Property managers should be careful and not allow the individuals do shoddy renovation work at condos. Also the manager should get the property inspected by the experts once in a year to detect any voids, lose joints or any other water intrusion areas. One may say that there is no reason to call expert when there is no leakage in the building but there is no harm in getting the edifice inspected for leaks.
