These two poles-opposite scenarios of our existence - immense success externally and abysmal mess internally - indicates the duality. The alarming repercussions of this fervent contrast of life, not only cripples a common man but the cream strata too. Wealthy is of course becoming wealthier but not healthier; the mediocre are plunged into poverty, and those already underlined are undermined and are sadly perishing.

This polarity has led entire humanity into an inevitable and invisible threat of ‘Psychological Pollution’, the gravest being ‘mental pollution - anxiety’ and ‘emotional pollution - depression’! Covid brings us the sermon to learn and discern our inner vistas which are neglected and hardly visited. Being lured by the ‘face value’ of things, and ignorant of its ‘base value’; we emphasize only on the beautification of outer appearance, and forsake inner coherence. This imbalance of maintenance pollutes our psyche and nodules our persona to the extent that we estrange our own identity. Let us understand the modus operandi of these psyche contaminations.

Human Psychology is regarded as the most complex, by both Sciences and the Parasciences, owing to its greatest tool – ‘Brain’, a super computer, the driver and the reviver of the human body that functions on the synchronized electrical pulse known as the ‘brain waves’. Simply, it means our brain is accustomed to function smoothly with every kind of oscillation and vibrations, provided the range must be in the permissible limits of safety. This confirms that it is totally logical and normal to feel swings of different emotions in a blink of an eye.
But the essential disclaimer is that the brain should consider it to be in a safe range of sustenance and tolerance as per the limits set by an individual's own IQ (Intelligent quotient) and EQ (Emotional quotient). Hence, if a good news can make us happy and shine, at that very moment having a strong mosquito bite can make us snappy and whine. Today's life is so drastic that every hour or half has a new emotional novelty; either excitement, happiness, cheers or pole opposite of that- detachment, sadness and fears; so on and so forth.

Every individual is unique and so is their perception, which results in abysmal possibilities of reactivity or tolerance capacity towards the very same event. Anything above or below the set limits is considered extreme and abnormal, hence considered a pollution or contamination and if not resolved may prove hazardous. On a mental platform, disorder of frequent and extreme fear or worries regarding anything is tagged as ‘Anxiety’, and the disorder of persistent and extreme repressed feelings is addressed as ‘Depression’ which belongs to the emotional frontier.

Both of these disorders have no age, gender or race barrier and it engulfs the host and then the entire family suffers indirect and direct repercussions of the same. A severe challenge arises when the condition of comorbidity is analyzed, wherein both anxiety and depression exist simultaneously. If any of these disorders are not safely settled, it can be fatal. Similarly, depression is caused majorly by the excessive and intensive repression or suppression of the feelings. ‘Never seal the feel or take forever to heal’; when this canon is not heeded, the layers of unspoken emotions pile up like ever thirsty dry sand absorbing all our zeal and happiness and making us nothing but a barren desert of suspicion. Money will not remain where there is contempt and gossip. When people are contemptuous or engaged in bad mouthing others, wealth will not come their way.
You will need merit karma in order to earn money.

1. Why Suffer- Let’s Buffer:
Suffering in this world will remain for you as long as you see faults of the world and others. Freedom will be yours when you see the world and others as innocent. Who makes you see the faults of others? The enemies within called anger, pride, passion and greed.
The world is absolutely faultless and this should be permanently entrenched in your conviction.
The fault is of the sufferer.

Wrong understanding causes suffering. That suffering is self-created; so you can make it as great as you want.

2. Abolition of Suspicion:
Suspicion is something that you should absolutely shun. Nothing is going to happen outside the limits of your karmic account.
Be cautious, but do not be suspicious. Suspicions will kill you. Suspicions are such that they will not leave you until you die. Suspicion makes a person live like a corpse.

Most conflicts at home arise from doubts and suspicions. Suspicions give rise to vibrations, which then ignite into flames.
No one is your enemy; your enemy is your unnecessary materialism, running after unnecessary things in itself is your real enemy.
It is an illusion that they appear to be at fault. Illusionary vision divides everything in two: this person is innocent and this person is guilty; this person is worthy of merit and this person is a sinner.
Get rid of your vision that makes you see faults in others, otherwise your progress will be hindered.

3.World of Emotions- Normalize, Don't Oversize:
What is the essence of the world? Normality. Above normal is the poison. Below normal is the poison. Come to Normality.
The love that goes beyond its natural boundary is love of attachment and attraction.
Excessive attachment will result in a lot of friction and suffering, creating more problems for both the parties involved. You have to fulfill all of your worldly obligations, but by no means are you to perpetuate the cycle of attachment.

If the other person is multiplying the conflict by complaints and discord, you should use division and try to achieve peace by settling the matter with equanimity.
