Subscribing to a college & university directory is recommended to get more information about the latest educational and career based aspects.

Practicing in these sub specialties requires a separate license. Scope of research and development is also available for experienced oncologists.

Hospitals, clinics and healthcare set-ups hire oncologists. They are in great demand as the field is expected to grow tremendously. Private practice (via own clinics) is also available and many oncologists take to private practice after a certain amount of experience and specialization. Jobs in the government sector are also available, apart from providing knowledge to students via the teaching field.
