Congratulations for starting a family soon or you are planning to start a family then read on to find out HOW to have SMART babies.

To produce a SMART baby first and foremost mother and child has to be healthy and happy. Once baby is born then nurturing is important. Baby needs a happy and a contented family .Baby needs a conducive environment, happy music and educational toys and people to develop her mind and emotions.

I would like to stress that all babies are smart and it is for us to develop their mind and emotions.

5 tips to having a SMART baby:

  • Be healthy before planning to have a baby.
  • During pregnancy, eat healthy and exercise regularly and be n happy.
  • Enjoy parenthood when baby is born.
  • Feed baby heathily.
  • Nurture baby with music, toys.

• Take care of his emotional needs.
Have a sociable baby.

Mother has to first be healthy before planning to have a baby.
Through my experiences with my two smart children as well as my nieces and nephews who scholars, I found mothers have to be healthy and fit before conceiving. Nature, then nurture.

During pregnancy, eat healthy and exercise regularly and be happy.
Diet is utmost important and exercise regularly. Be happy with whatever you do and talk to your baby in your womb.You should read about how to take care of babies.

When baby is born enjoy parenthood.
By now you should have read on how to take care of your baby. BOOK is highly recommended. You may attend courses organised by hospitals.

Feed baby heathily.
Breastfeed baby or feed on milk as advised by doctors.

Nurture baby with music, toys.
Play music in room and have toys around cots and prams.
Just sign and talk to baby.

Take care of his emotional needs.
Have a sociable baby. Have friends, grandparents, neighbours to share your joy. Baby should socialise right at the start.
