Furthermore, remember that day today exercise, or workout could cause a change in antibodies & White Blood Cells that combats against diseases. These white blood cells are going to circulate more rapidly so they can notice an infection with relative ease. Also, increase in the body temperature during & post-workout could even prevent certain bacteria from growing and impacting the immune system.
