A man without education is almost like a ship without a rudder. Education is gaining prime importance in today's competitive scenario. MBA education has become the most coveted qualifying course for eager beavers. MBA is the common abbreviation used for Masters of Business Administration. It is one of the most common career choices amongst the youth in India today. This is purely because of the benefits that the course offers. More and more MBA schools and management institutes are coming throughout the globe that offers full time residential MBAs. To add to the list, distance learning MBA, online MBA and part time executive MBAs are also gaining momentum. Most of the B-schools offer specialization like finance, human resources, marketing, operation etc. However, niche MBA education like MBA in communication; hotel management, fashion technology etc are also available.rnThe top MBA programs include: Two-year (Full Time) MBA programs normally take place over two academic years. Accelerated MBA programs are a variation of the two year programs. They involve a higher course load with more intense class and examination schedules. They usually have less "down time" during the program and between semesters.rnExecutive MBA (EMBA) programs are developed to meet the educational needs of managers and executives, allowing students to earn an MBA or another business-related graduate degree in two years or less while working full time. Dual MBA programs combine a MBA with others (such as an MS, MA, or a J.D., etc.) to let students cut costs (dual programs usually cost less than pursuing 2 degrees separately), save time on education and to tailor the business education courses to their needs. Some business schools offer programs in which students can earn both a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA in four or five years. Distance learning MBA programs hold classes' off-campus. These programs can be offered in a number of different formats: correspondence courses by postal mail or email, non-interactive broadcast video, pre-recorded video, live teleconference or videoconference, offline or online computer courses. Those who opt for distance MBA courses can avail of the same facilities for studying. Before enrolling in any institute, every student should make sure that the course is registered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Blended learning programs combine distance learning with face-to-face instruction. These programs typically target working professionals who are unable to attend traditional part-time programs. Part-time MBA programs normally hold classes on weekday evenings, after normal working hours, or on weekends. Part-time programs normally last for three years or more. The students in these programs typically consist of working professionals, who take a light course load for a longer period of time until the graduation requirements are met. Nowadays the best business schools are offering very well-organized part-time MBA courses which provide alumni with the same qualification as a full-time MBA degree. One year MBA programs help you squeeze your business learning into a shorter time frame so you can start making use of your qualification sooner, enjoying the increased income and better employment opportunities it brings with it.
