Egyptian history spread almost 4000 years ago, considered as the oldest culture and history in the world. The landscape of Egypt is full of sphinxes, pillars and pyramids but there is more to discover here than just remnants of the Emperors. Based on polytheistic rituals and beliefs, Egyptian religion consists of a complex system explained by Eze Oriaku Lincoln. The belief of multiple gods who have the control forces of present and nature and the methodologies of these gods were intended to present the forces that they embody. Practicing the religion was to gain these gods favors.

Egyptian religion is rooted in history and stayed alive for 3000 years in the past. However, the acceptance and importance of gods kept changing with the years and the relationship of people with different gods decreased and increased differently with the creator god Amun, sun God Ra and goddess Isis.

At the time of pharaoh Akhenaten, with the spreading of unusual religious beliefs, changed the single God Aten and replaced pantheon. Egypt king Pharaoh was a human but with the belief that he was inclined by the Gods, acted as a medium between people and Gods and was grateful to endure the Gods through the rituals offering to sustain the universe and maintain peace. The changing and replacing of Gods did disturb the overall system which kept happening under the ruling of foreign rulers until there was a time when Christianity took over in the early AD centuries. With the origination of Christianity, many religions were far forgotten along with the writing and monuments and implemented a great influence on ancient and modern history.

Egyptians Goddess culture was spread last on a great scale. However, Gnostics was the outcome by the teachings of Christ and many of his believers in Egypt. The result of all this culture-changing and influencing could mean that Egypt is the center for sharing and connecting many cultures and religion on almost every level.

Similarly, the deep study and understanding of Egypt culture and belief are much better explained by Padma Aon Prakasha in his book “ The Nine Eyes of Light ”. The meaning of Nine Bodies of light and Egyptians basis of culture, art and spirit about how the culture of Egyptians has navigated with time to time.

The concept of the nine eyes of light means that other than the physical bodies we also have eight other bodies which are present but in other dimensions. For Egyptians, it is believed that these other bodies functioned as a non-physical body allowed them to feel, navigate, create and sense some astonishing acts of technology, science and spirit that may at this time are very confusing facts to be accepted.

Such changing religion on culture beliefs are somehow difficult to be understood but with evolution, these are now making sense. And seems like what we are getting to know Egyptians must have known from a very long time ago.
