This exercise will allow you to bulk up fast. Just remember to get rest as well as to do the exercise properly. Deadlifts are very similar to squats. These exercises are used to strengthen your legs and your lower back. Your hamstrings are targeted with this exercise as well. With squats being for the lower body, the bench press is for the upper body. This is used to maintain and increase the mass in your body while still working on your grip, pectorals and triceps.
Pull overs will widen your chest cavity. You should have a large extended chest in a month or two of doing pullovers. Dips are maybe one of the easiest and most effective exercises for chest and triceps mass building. When you want to hit your biceps then you will want to use the wide pull-ups. For many this is difficult at first but it gets easier. Your front and side deltoids will get a major workout with the military press.
These exercises are not individual exercises. All of these exercises need to be linked together to get the results that you are searching for. Just remember to do them properly so that you stay safe.
