I've been cold calling individuals I've never met since I took my first sales job in 2000. Except back then, we had a telephone that didn't care if I was having a good or bad hair day and there were no social media platforms and little information to glean about my potential clients from the Internet.
Through trial and error I've gathered what works to make meaningful connections with people you've never met in person and gain clients without ever shaking their hand. I'd love to pass along what I've learned so that you too can connect and close even when you can't hug in person.
