How to Cure Nephritis With Natural Home Remedies?

One of the easiest natural remedy is the carrot juice. Prepare a glass of carrot juice and add 1 teaspoon lime juice and another of honey. Take this mixture every day. It is recommended to drink it especially in the morning.
Banana contains a law quantity of salt and a high level of carbohydrates so it is a very beneficial treatment for the persons who suffer from nephritis. So it is recommended to eat bananas did or 9 bananas for four days consecutively. The beneficial effect is guaranteed.
Avocados are considered staple food for people that suffer from this disease. These fruits are rich in minerals and they have a small amount of proteins so they are an idea remedy.
Grapes have a great diuretic effect due to their content rich in water, salt and potassium. They have a great role in alleviating the kidney problems.
You can also use the tender coconut water. Drink the water of a green tender coconut once or twice a day and the recovery period can be shortened considerably.
Acute nephritis can be treated with fasting on the vegetables juices. Take this treatment 7-10 days.
A diet rich in fruits is very helpful, too. After the patient has undergo vegetable juice fasting he may try a fruit diet for 4-5 days. Papaya is an excellent fruit in nephritis so it can be consumed daily. After the vegetable and fruit juice fastening the patient can gradually adopt a well balanced diet.
In order to furnish all the nutrients that cannot be obtained from vegetables, fruits and food the patient should take some supplements. These can contain 30 mg Vitamin B6, a tablespoon lecithin, 300-600 units Vitamin E and 25,000 units Vitamin A.
Anyway people that suffer from nephritis must adopt a low protein diet. Every 2-3 month he should repeat the vegetables juice fasts until kidney condition is stabilized.
Salt, chocolate, rhubarb and spinach must be avoided.
Warm-water enema taken daily will cleanse the bowel while the patient is keeping juice fastening diet.
Diuretic herb teas drunk every day are of a great help, too.
