How to Deal With Your Husband Telling You "I Donât Love You Anymore"
Written by Teecee Go
Hearing the words “I don't love you anymore” can be devastating especially if they are coming out of the mouth of the man who promised to love you forever. You may feel as if your world is crumbling around you and indeed, for a short time, you may need to take a break from your everyday life to allow yourself to heal. Rest assured, you can get over it. Given time, you may be able to repair your broken marriage. First, though, you must take care of yourself.
Pull Yourself Together
Before you can even begin to think about winning back your husband's love, you need to pull yourself together. Feeling sorry for yourself will not accomplish anything. Instead, find a way to go on with your life. You may need to start small; just getting out of bed on time in the morning may seem challenging but you must do it. Remind yourself that your life is still worth living and find the strength to go out and start living it again.
Place Yourself Center Stage
Now is the perfect time for you to spend some time on yourself for a change. Seek out friends that you may have lost contact with over the years or make some new ones. Join a club that interests you or go on your dream vacation. Whatever it is that you do to fill your time, make sure it is something that you will truly like doing. For the first time in quite a while you are free to do what you choose to do. Enjoy it.
Think About Your Marriage
After some of the pain has died down, you should be able to look at your marriage a bit more rationally. Think about whether the feelings you have for your husband are still strong enough to justify the effort you will need to put into winning him back. It may be that although you want to be married, you find that you really do not want to be married to him any longer.

Dr. Venus Nicolino: You Have To Make Yourself Available To Find Good Relationships
The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. After all, Juliet would have plunged a premature dagger into the heart of her romance with Romeo if she hid in her room rather than go out on her balcony. The end of Sleepless in Seattle shifts from "awww" to "aw, no" if one of the two main characters skips the trip to the Empire State Building. As these examples from fiction show, making yourself
