Luckily for us, researchers have shown that we can lose our belly fat without spending hours in the gym, and without making miles and miles of slow and boring cardio. • Make sure to get out of the mind "cardio for fat loss!" If you already entered a gym, I'm sure you've seen the cardio area full of people who are overweight try to lose weight by spending hours and hours on the treadmill, bike, or worse, the elliptical. But the sad truth is that apart from the countless hours and buckets of sweat, they have rarely seen a change in their body. Not only do these "cardio bunnies" are the same, they risk injury every move they make, again and again, for hours. Not to mention that not to review the progress should have on their attitudes and motivation. • Start the endurance to lose belly fat, you strengthen and build muscles. All account activity, simply move and you'll be well on your way to lose fat faster than ever. • Get social support. Having support is the number one way to stay motivated to your goals. Make sure to get your spouse, friends, coworkers, heck even your factor if you do not have anyone else. Social support will help keep you accountable and keep you motivated towards your goal to lose belly fat.
