How To Get Rid Of Love Handles The Easy Way
Written by Tim Ryan
First of all let us just clarify what love handles actually are. They are the area around the side of your stomach that tends to stick out on people who are a bit overweight. They are near the top of many people list of things to get rid of as they are so unsightly in nature.
So, how to get rid of love handles and how to get cut?
Well, love handles are due to excess amounts of fat being stored in the body. Logically therefore we need to reduce the amount of fat being stored in your body to remove them. There are many ways to try to do this however there are several things people do that do not work. Let us first make sure we do not make the same mistakes by going through those now!
1) Performing sit ups will not remove love handles. Working one particular part of your body does not cause you to lose weight in that area. Sit-ups may tone the abdominal muscles there but they will not remove the fat from that area.
2) Less frequently consuming food. You will simply slow down your bodies metabolism if you just stop eating regularly. To lose weight you need your bodies metabolism to be working fat. Starving yourself this way makes the body believe that food is not easily available and that it has to therefore preserve the food that it does have. It does this in the unpleasant form of excess fatty tissue.
3) Purchasing miracle supplemtns. Supplements are often pushed with a load of marketing hype and whilst they may give some slight additional positives they often cause side effects and are usually expensive. The truth is that if you want to lose your love handles then you need to take a rounded strategy that includes a sensible diet plan and workout schedule and you have to keep to it long term.
Here is how to get rid of love handles:
1) Eat 5-6 times per day meals that are nutritious and well balanced. You are not eating huge meals here, you are eating small meals that assure your body that there is no need to store energy as fat because there is a steady supply of food available. Each day your body needs to have made a net loss of calories so do not be tempted to fill yourself full avoid fatty food at any time.
2) Follow a good weight loss exercise schedule. The essential point is that the exercise needs to be aerobic or cardio vascular in nature.g. not weight lifting primarily but walking, rowing, swimming and such like. You need to do these sessions for 4-6 times per week for between 20-40 minutes at a time. When doing them you should be breathing so that holding a conversation is only just possible.
3) Do not even think about giving in just remain determined and patient. Don't expect results in a few days after all it no doubt took you years to get your love handles so it will take a decent period of time to get rid of them but you can. Just be determined and persistent as regards your training.
OK so there we go use the above as guidelines to adopt and you won't go too far wrong, now go for it and you to can get ripped fast!
