Ah, I think back on those days in my youth - school was such a large part of that growing up process. It was a wonderful time full of discovery and mastery. It seemed as if the whole world were open to me, I was ready to strike out and make a difference with all the new things I was learning. That time of learning something new is a very exciting time. Oh sure, at first it seemed difficult, but with time and a little effort, I was soon able to get on top of a subject, sport, or process. That ability and desire for learning in your life is vital if you want to save your relationship. But you have to stop fighting long enough to discover why this is an effective way to get your ex back.

• The Wonderful Process of Learning Something New. Now you and I both know that not all learning is good learning. Those lessons learned in the "school of hard knocks" are not enjoyable at all - and we don't want to repeat those courses, right? But the lessons we learn from people who love and care about us - those are the good lessons. There's a sense of discovery when we learn something new, it's an exciting feeling. And when we learn something new with someone else, there is a strong bond that forms throughout the entire process. You become connected to that person in a very special and unique way. It's as if you two are the only members of a very exclusive club - membership of two. There's strength in these connections and if you want to save your relationship you've got to learn some new things with your man.

• It's Time to be a Student Again. So, you start by making a list of things you could do together. Talk with him, make sure he has some input and then start brainstorming. Maybe you could attend a Karate class together, start hiking in the woods every other weekend, get some trail bikes and bike on trails together, pick up some golf clubs and hit the golf course - lot's of great alone time and plenty of time to talk out there on the links.

• Discover a Whole New Side to Your Man. If you get out there and start doing things, learning things together, it will change the way you look at your man. It will also start to build that bond and make those all important connections that are unique to just you and him. You may find out there are some things inside your man you didn't even know were there.
