Last time I spoke about the law of attraction, what it is and how to use it. Now I’ll talk about another way to help you be happy or at least happier. My favorite way to use the secret weapon: the mind.

Autosuggestion - I use it since I was a little child, not to its full extent from the beginning, but it always was funny and pleasant experimenting with this way of thinking, so I kept doing it. This, like the law of attraction, is based on the strength of your thoughts. I, for one, consider autosuggestion a very powerful and sometimes even dangerous path.

Why? Because you can use it any way you want…there is no positive or negative side with it; if you really believe that something is real then it becomes real (good or bad); when you learn to use this power to its full potential the meaning of limitation is lost to you. Of course, if you are not careful, you can easily go into fanaticism, and lose yourself in your dreams. Be careful though: believing that you can do harm indirectly to another may be possible…but the karma you get from that will indisputably kick you in the behind according to your action/s.

Like with the law of attraction, autosuggestion uses your imagination. You have to see yourself being, doing, having, feeling what you want, and the difference being that when using autosuggestion you are in full control, you are your own power. There is no greater force to help you, all is in you and in your mind, which is what sets the rules on what you can and can’t do.

The hard part comes when you think of the thing you want the most (may it be health, money, career and so on) and you use autosuggestion, but in your mind there is a little voice telling you “that’s not real, I don’t believe that”; a good way to overcome this problem can be starting with small things so that your mind can easily accept them and you can then prepare for the big wishes. If you trained yourself with small challenges, when you start taking the big ones the mind is more willing to accept any „crazy” idea that you may have. At that point you have a couple of ways to win even against yourself:

DETAILS: you see yourself doing, having, being what you want with as many details as you can; let yourself improve your imagination with every passing day, don’t worry that you’ll forget a thing or two. The more details you give yourself the closer that daydream is to becoming a reality.

FEELINGS: every time you think of what you want, let your feelings manifest, feel the sensation of what you want, may it be your spouse, all those money, the perfect body or even being president, if that is what you desire. Now, you may want to keep those feelings inside you, so that you don’t look crazy changing your expression too many times with no apparent reason to the outside eye. Or, if you are alone and not afraid to look a little crazy let them free to manifest.

When you combine these two, the details and the feelings, with the intensity of your wish, you start CREATING reality.
