It was the first day of school for the small boy Krish who stood by the farm gate, his eyes pleading with the mother he loved so dearly, as she reluctantly pushed him away towards the village school. The little boy Krish entered the school gate unwillingly and his mother could have noticed the paleness in his face. Krish crossed the wide entrance of the school, the green lawns, the long corridors, the play ground and at last reached his destination, the classroom. As Krish entered the class, everything appeared so new to him that for few minutes he got frozen; it seemed as if he landed up in a place where only aliens live.

It was in fact a land of aliens to Krish as he didn’t know anyone. The little boy somehow brought the courage and sat in a place, but still thousands of questions were playing in his mind. After sometime the teacher entered the class room and all the students greet the teacher by standing up from their seats and conveying morning wishes. As it was his first experience in the school, so Krish was unaware of the class manners. He came across many new things on the first day of his school life. Though this experience was good, next day he was reluctant to go to the school because of the unknown environment.

It was a common consequence that every child goes through in the starting days of the school life. The first experience in the school is very important in the sense that this can positively or in some cases negatively influences the students towards this new life.
