    How to Use: Add the green tea leaves in boiling water, let it steep for 5-6 minutes. Strain it and drink this tea at least three times in a day.
  • Fenugreek - Fenugreek offers the overall good health of kidney. It helps to increase the antioxidants in kidney and reduces the oxidative stress also.
    How to Use: Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight, consume the seeds along with water in the morning on an empty stomach. Eat it again in the evening.
