Imagine that it is just before dawn and you’re tired, sleepy, and frustrated. The article that you must complete, just isn’t happening. And, to make matters worse, your brain starts talking to you. “What is the matter with you?” it says. “I’m tired and overworked but you keep asking me for more. Enough is enough…I quit!” Your brain then promptly shuts down, as if on cue. Have you ever been in this situation or one similar? I certainly have. But, don’t worry, I’ve discovered a tool that can eliminate overworking your brain and missing deadlines—when used properly.

The tool I’m referring to is Private Label Rights products, or PLR. With the purchase of PLR, you are buying all or most rights to articles, ebooks, and other products involved in the sale. This means being able to use this content with few or no limitations within the “mays” and “may nots” established by the seller. How to Search

Conducting an internet search for Private Label Material is very simple. I suggest a three-step process to find exactly what you’re looking for.

1.By search engine. Most people who spend a lot of time online have a favorite search engine. But you can broaden your search considerably by using more than one. To test this idea, I searched Google, Yahoo!Search, Ask, and My Web Search and got significantly different results. After trying three or four search engines, use the one that yields the most of what you’re looking for.
2.By niche. If you need information in a specific niche, conduct your search in that niche. Some of the more popular niches are health and wellness, self improvement, diet and exercise, and travel. The more popular the niche is, the more information you’ll find.
3.By general category. Searching by general categories will give you kind of an overview of what private label products are available. Examples include:

The goal of these three search methods is to narrow your search for best results in minimum time.

How to Evaluate Search Results

There are four critical factors to consider when evaluating the results of your search. In the order of importance, they are:
1.Writing quality. Read any sample reports provided by the seller. If there are glaring grammatical and spelling errors, these products fail the quality test.
2.Accuracy. Make sure that the information reported is accurate and true. Remember that your credibility and reputation are at stake in whatever material you publish.
3.Currency. Are the information and sources current? Don’t forget that your readers are looking for fresh information. Dated material, therefore, doesn’t cut it.
4.Relevancy. Even if the material passes the other critical factors, it must be relevant to the topic and purpose. Anything less is fluff.

How to “make it your own”

In the same way that singers and musicians take a classic song and make it their own, so must info-marketers who publish private label materials. Making someone else’s writing your own means adding your style, tone, personality, and manner of communicating. Without this personalization, you’re using materials that look and sound like your competitors. Here are five simple ways to make it yours.
1.Retitle. Make your title more appealing and easier for your readers to relate to. Here are some examples:

2.Add key words. This simple addition to your content will make it more appealing to search engines and increase the number of visitors to your sites.
3.Make the writing conversational. An easy way to do this is by asking yourself how you would express this thought, sentence or paragraph to a friend.
I would not say this to a friend: “I encountered a massive amount of traffic enroute to work this morning.”
I would probably say it like this instead: “Man, everybody and his grandmother was on the freeway this morning.” Therefore, I would write it this way or in a similar informal fashion.
4.Add supporting materials, if necessary. This is especially important with a controversial topic. Supporting materials include anecdotes, brief stories, quotations from well respected sources, or related personal experiences.
5.Make it seamless. You can do this by adding transitions and/or subheadings between major points.
The process I’ve described here may seem a bit long the first time you use it. But remember that the suggested search and evaluation of materials apply only to the purchase of an article pack.
