There are some people, who are constantly suffering from colds, viral infection, fatigue and allergies. This can be due to the fact of having an extremely weak immune system. Individuals with a weak immune system have a low count of blood cells like lymphocytes and phagocytes and hence they are susceptible to germs, infections and various diseases.
How to know that you have a weak immune system
The most natural characteristic of the immune system is to provide your body with a defence and shield against microorganisms and toxins. The other abilities are to detect, destroy and remove germs and malicious growths such as cancer or tumors from your body. This defence mechanism system of your body works in the background, silently protecting your body, but comes to the fore when you fall ill. A weak immune system can be determined through constant occurrence of colds, sore throats, flu, fatigue, low feeling, allergic reactions, fungal infection, weakness, weight loss, etc.
Your immune system can be weakened due to various reasons such as cancer medication, organ transplant, AIDS and factors related to your lifestyle like stress, unhealthy or unbalanced diet, inadequate sleep, depression, etc. Low immune system symptoms might include diarrhea, fatigue, depression, skin infection, swelling in the glands, chronic and recurring infections and illnesses, genital herpes, etc. Immunity can lower due to age, in pregnancy and in unhealthy children. Little wonder then that the immune system is called the most amazing and complex system in your body, as compared to your nervous system.

As a resilient immune system can open a gateway to good health and a happy lifestyle, it is very crucial for you to monitor it and keep it strong and powerful. It can enhance the blood circulation in your body and keep your body healthy and strong. - Flush your body with plenty of water. Drinking ample water can flush the toxins and keep your body from getting dehydrated. Water can help you toughen a low immune system. - Learn various methods to release the stress from your body. Yoga, meditation, massaging, laughter, going on a vacation can help you to de-stress your mind and body. Anxiety, fatigue and depression can create chaos with your immune system, hence you need to eliminate stress promptly.
